Thanks! It's a lot of toys, most of them more than 25 years old! And yes, I'm super happy about finding a fun way to reuse their drawing scraps! Cheers!

These are really wonderful, Justus! I also have inks that go back to undergrad. And since I'm older than you, these inks are super old! 😅

These really break the mold for me. I'm sharing this post with my husband who's been interested in calligraphy for years but just hasn't devoted the time. Other projects. Maybe this will inspire him.

Thanks! It’s just a matter of taking the time. There is an initial hump of raw frustration but after a couple days I find the practice meditative, even if the script is not yet pretty.
